This is a long term project due to funding requirements.  Our goal is to restore the pristine beauty of the exterior of the Devon Mission Museum which is located in the Christ Church building of 1896.  This was and still is the home of the original Devon Mission of 1840.  Our goal is to completely restore the exterior to it original.  At present it is covered with vinyl siding which needs to be removed, the wall cavities require insulation.  this is being done to protect the building and the "4 Cree Panels" of 1836.  These panels were just recently restore and preserved as they are the original transliteration of Cree.  These panels were created in England and shipped to us as a gift in 1842.  They are wall mounted and exterior temperature change can cause damage to them.  If you require more information on this project please contact us at devmis1840@gmail.com
