Administer in partnership with Department of Defence (DND), under the supervision of Canadian Forces (CF) a unit to foster the development of good citizenship, leadership and life skills around an interest in aviation to youths 12-18 of age. The cadets participate in local trainings developed under the DND guidelines during school year, attend summer courses which range from 2 weeks to 8 weeks from general, survival, instructor and leadership, aviation technical, band to power/glider pilot licences. They also participate in and support various civic activities in their community, such as Remembrance Day and other civic parades, Richmond Hill Mayor's Breakfast Band, Canada Day celebration.
