St. Mary's Catholic Church is a Roman Catholic Church of the Diocese of Charlottetown in Souris of Kings County, PEI.  The original church was built in 1839, built by Thomas Stone & Michael Bayley, measuring 60' long and 35' wide.  The church is names on honor of Saint Mary of the Immaculate Conception.  When the church was destroyed by fire in 1848, a new church was built in 6 months by Ronald Ban MacDonald.  In 1901 the church had become too small for the congregation was was replace by a larger church, designed by architect William C. Harris, this church was 194' long and 80' wide towering 65' high.  The church was gutted by fire in 1929 and was replaced in 1930 by architect John Hunter.  It was built in a French Gothic Revival Style.
