Our Mission
Live Bait Theatre aims to tell entertaining, thought-provoking stories with an emphasis on new Canadian scripts and plays that are new to the central Maritime region.
About LIVE BAIT THEATRE
Founded in 1988 as a registered non-profit charitable organization, Live Bait Theatre is one of two professional English language theatre companies in New Brunswick. The company operates out of a 120 seat black box theatre in downtown Sackville, NB and produces a year round slate of plays, dinner theatres, cabarets, live music and comedy. Live Bait enjoys a strong partnership with Mount Allison University, providing professional theatre experience and training to students. Hundreds of children have attended our workshops and drama camps. The company is also dedicated to the development and production of new scripts.
