The parish hall at St. Paul's (also known as Dell Hall) is an important community space. This space hosts Essex Rotary, Guiding Groups, the Essex Community Concert Band, Windsor-Essex Community Arts Program, local entrepreneurs through our vendor's markets, the clothing cupboard, and a variety of other community activities. Your donation adds five more tiles to keep this community space safe and dry for all who use it.
