Fuel for Warmth is dedicated to ensuring no one faces the harsh cold without warmth, we provide emergency heating assistance to those in need. Fuel for Warmth was created in 2009, became a Registered Charity in 2014, and was honoured as the winner in the not-for-profit category of the Haliburton Highlands Chamber of Commerce Community and Business Achievement Awards for 2015.

We have low administration costs and we have no paid staff...we are all volunteers.  Donations that are received from our sponsors in Haliburton County remain in the county.

We're here to ensure that no call for help goes unanswered. From emergency fuel or wood delivery, to help with hydro, we're committed to providing warmth and security. We believe in dignity, support, and the power of community to uplift those in dire straits.
