Poverty makes people are vulnerable in a host of ways. One of the most important is inadequate shelter.

Since the war began in Urkaine millions of people have been left without proper shelter. Because Ukraine experiences a winter season and largely due to the war, millions of people are "shelter poor" simply because there is inadequate heat.

Mission Partners meets this need for many people by supplying extra firewood for home heating in villages, supplying firewood to heat for church buildings which operate as shelters, and high powered electric heaters for those in apartments as well as blankets and winter wear.
