The Oak Bay Sea Rescue Society (OBSR) supports and fundraises for Royal Canadian Marine Search and Rescue (RCM-SAR) Station 33, Oak Bay. RCM-SAR 33's Mission is to provide a volunteer marine search & rescue service and to promote public Boating Safety throughout the South Vancouver Island Region.
