About One Voice One Team Youth Leadership Organization
One Voice One Team (OVOT) Youth Leadership Organization empowers young people between the ages of 7 to 18 to develop leadership skills through their passions and encourages them to make a difference in their community using them.
We engage and inspire youth through assemblies, workshops and summer camps where role models from sport, businesses and the community share their journey. Our leadership programs and summer camps are based on the five S.W.O.L.E.™ principles: Self-Respect, Work Hard, Overcome Adversity, Lead by Example and Excellence.
