about

The Surrey Community Cat Foundation was formed in 2014 to address cat overpopulation in Surrey, British Columbia. As a charity, our purpose is to promote the welfare of cats by:

  • rescuing stray or abandoned cats;
  • spaying or neutering domestic, feral, and/or stray cats;
  • providing medical treatment, food, and shelter for cats in need of assistance; and
  • educating the public on responsible pet ownership.

Our main programs are Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) on hold, Low Income Spay/Neuter, and Pet Food Bank.
