The Parmar Foundation is a BC charitable organization dedicated to advancing integrative oncology through research, education, and patient-centered advocacy to improve access to evidence-informed cancer care.

Our mission is to change the cancer conversation by conducting and supporting rigorous, evidence-based research on integrative and naturopathic approaches to cancer care while improving access to supportive therapies for patients in need. These approaches aim to improve both survival and quality of life for cancer survivors, focusing on areas often underfunded in traditional research such as hyperthermia, nutrition, mind–body medicine, repurposed drugs, and lifestyle interventions.

Our vision is a healthcare system where safe and effective therapies—both conventional and integrative—are supported by robust scientific evidence and accessible to all patients.

The Parmar Foundation’s mandate is to:

• educate healthcare professionals and the public
• improve patient access to safe and effective supportive therapies.
