WIN House has one purpose: to give victims the hope and help they need to overcome domestic abuse.
For over five decades, WIN House has provided a safe space for women, children, and non-binary individuals fleeing violence. From 2025 to 2026, we sheltered 312 individuals, 141 adults and 171 children.
Our Services Include:

24-hour Helpline – Support, resources, and system navigation.

In-Shelter Nursing Services – Physical and mental health assessments and referrals.
- On-Site Counselling - Free counselling with a registered psychologist.

Family Support – Trauma-Informed child-focused programming, parenting support and connections to community support.

Crisis Intervention Workers – Provide crisis response, emotional support and safety planning.

Justice Navigator – Navigation of the legal system, guidance on legal paperwork, court preparation and access to legal services.
