A Better Tent City Waterloo Region ("ABTC") is a village of 42 cabins on Ardelt Avenue in Kitchener, Ontario. Our village supports over 50 chronically unsheltered residents of Waterloo region to live with dignity, and with access essential supports on a path to stable housing.
