A Way Home Kamloops has been operating in Kamloops since 2015 and was incorporated as a registered charity in 2018. We provide housing and supports to youth at risk of, or experiencing, homelessness. We focus on incorporating youth perspectives and valuing lived expertise in our work, and are proud to provide peer navigation and peer mentoring services that offer direct connections with youth who have experienced homelessness. We meet youth where they are at, with a trauma informed lens and practices rooted in harm reduction. Our team utilizes a strengths-based approach to create wellness plans for youth that are tailored to each of their unique needs.

A Way Home Kamloops was founded in the spirit of partnership; collaboration continues to be the foundation of our work. We are proud to partner with the many organizations to provide collaborative access to our housing and supports through a coordinated access table called Wrapforce.
