We are a grassroots, community organization, whose mission is to establish a new residential hospice in Rural Wellington County. The need for a local hospice has been recognized for many years, and the donation of two acres by Wellington County helped to galvanize a new effort to bring this dream to life.

We have partnered with Canada Helps to help us efficiently process and issue tax receipts for donations under $500.
