About ADULT LEARNING ASSOCIATION OF CAPE BRETON COUNTY
The Adult Learning Association of Cape Breton County offers free, community based Adult Learning Program and GED preparation classes, family and seniors' literacy programs in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality. The Association has been building hope and second chances since 1989 in Cape Breton.
Each year the Association provides services for over 250 Cape Breton Regional Municipality residents in communities including Sydney, Glace Bay, New Waterford, North Sydney and Sydney Mines.
