Asante Ministries Canada is a family of individuals and organizations caring for orphans, widows, and the needy in Rwanda, Uganda and Burundi. Our dream is to see a new generation of Africans become agents of change by overcoming life’s challenges of poverty, illiteracy and disease.

We do this by arranging child sponsorships, building schools, providing vocational training for women, and by planting a new breed of churches. 

At the forefront of what we do is the Asante Children's Choir, a group of children and youth from Uganda who tour Canada periodically, raising awareness and inviting people to participate in our mission by sponsoring a child or by visiting Africa.
