Our organization aims to empower workers and transform workplace culture, across sectors, to ensure reporting is encouraged, legal information is accessible, and robust supports are available. We understand that inequality, marginalization, and language barriers, create conditions that perpetuate sexual harassment and violence in the workplace.

By leveraging information technology to improve access to justice—with projects like Rosa, imagining new and innovative systems, challenging outdated employment policies and breaking down the walls that make it difficult to find help—especially for the most vulnerable workers—we intend to generate a more empowered workforce, where leaders are held accountable and workers’ rights are protected.
