Agence Ometz is committed to growing and strengthening our community and, as such, will identify and provide the necessary supports to those individuals and families who may not have the capacity, tools and/or resources that would enable them to become or remain strong, resilient and healthy as well as attracted to, connected to and integrated into the Montreal Jewish community.

About AGENCE OMETZ (JEM, JFS, JIAS)

Agence Ometz is an integrated social services agency which was created from the merger of Jewish Employment Montreal (JEM), Jewish Immigration Aid Services Montreal (JIAS), and Jewish Family Services (JFS). Agence Ometz offers a range of human services in the fields of employment, immigration and social services to individuals and families experiencing a period of vulnerability in their lives. Building on 150 years of community service and the expertise of its three founding agencies, Ometz provides the necessary supports to those individuals and families who do not have the capacity or resources to become strong, resilient and healthy.
