Aid to the Church in Need (ACN) is a pontifical charity. Our mission is to help Catholics where the Church suffers of poverty and/or persecution. Part of our mandate is to inform people about the situation of the Catholic Church around the world.

ACN has 23 national offices around the world. ACN International is regularly in contact with our project partners in 149 countries. In average, over 180 million dollars are collected each year and serve to support more than 5,000 projects in 149 countries.

The main pillars of our work are the following:

Help for refugees & emergency aid;

Subsistence for religious sisters;

Aid for transportation & construction;

Aid for Catholic Media;

Training priests & religious in the consecrated life;

Training of lay catechists;

Publication of bibles, books & religious literature;

Mass Offerings.
