An amazing program that helps youths develop skills and confidence
803 NorthShore Sabre squadron is a montreal west island youth initiative that supports local adolescents aged 12-17 and promotes skills development and community involvement. The squadron is an educational environment based around canadian aviation that provides opportunity for adolescents to learn a variety of skills including: aviation, wilderness survival skills, drill team, music, effective public speaking, sports and marksmanship. In additional, teens learn important skills such as discipline, dedication and team work which they are encouraged to apply in everyday life. Most importantly, teens can make friends and have fun in a constructive environment.
