What People Are Saying
"It was devastating going to the food bank but I was so grateful they were there when I needed them."
— Former client
"I never thought I would be using the food bank. I'm the mom who puts something in the food bank collection box every time I shop. I had to come here as this month because my husband was laid off and I was injured, and unable to work. I had to pay the bills and feed the kids so here I am. "
— Former client
"Life happens to all of us. Don’t feel worthless or ashamed. You are in this situation right now, so do what you need to do and then you get out of it and move on. Then afterward, hopefully you give back that much more."
— Rebecca, former client and current donor
"It’s good to be able to identify with something so important in our community. On a day to day basis you realize how important it is. You never know how you can turn a life around with a little bit of help. I keep doing this because I know how much it's appreciated. "
— Betty, volunteer
