Help Us Put Kids in the Spotlight and Launch Our Youth into the Future through Leadership, Relationship & Mentorship

Who are we?

We are a new Canadian non-profit with charitable status that has inherited these successful and unique science based programs from our founder, Denise Goldbeck. Denise has led programs in 5 countries with over 6000 youth and children participating since 1983. Our programs are science-based and have evolved from Denise's experience as a counsellor, her background in the performing arts and university degrees in both developmental psychology and organizational leadership, specializing in youth leadership. Denise dreams of leaving a legacy program that will impact youth into the future.

Our foundation also boasts a team of dedicated youth leaders who are committed to teaching our lessons in social interaction, moral reasoning, leadership, perspective-taking and mutual respect.

Why did we develop our programs?

Children and adolescents today face multiple pressures from fast changing influences such as social media and unhealthy marketing strategies. Screen time is increasing and face to face time with parents, mentors and peers is decreasing. Incidences of anxiety, depression, sleep and other disorders are also rising while opportunities to teach and learn social interaction and leadership skills in schools and in our everyday life are disappearing.

All-Stages Education Foundation tackles these concerns through programs that develop empathy, compassion, perspective-taking, diversity and mutual respect across all ages. Younger members look to older members for mentoring; older members gain confidence by helping others and appreciating how far they have come. Using the performing arts as a vehicle, our programs directly teach social interaction and leadership skills to mixed-age groups, helping to decrease the negative impacts of these pressures and increasing emotional regulation. Our aim is to provide youth-led leadership training to as many children and youth as possible.
