AlterHéros is a non-profit community organization founded in 2003, whose mission is breaking isolation within the queer community. Our services and actions are primarily aimed at young people aged 14 to 30, but they are nonetheless offered to the entire population. Our education, advocacy and outreach work aims to fight prejudice and demystify concepts around sexual diversity, gender plurality and its intersections with neurodiversity .

Our intervention and psychosocial support services are run ''by and for'' queer neurodivergent folks to promote well-being by fostering systems of community mutual aid and autonomy. Despite significant evolution over the years, our collective remains committed to its foundational values: Innovation, Accessibility, and Community Solidarity, which continue to direct our overall approach.
