For Giving Tuesday 2023, please join us in making each day the best possible day for those living with and affected by ALS in Alberta. ALS is a devastating disease with no known cure, that takes away an individual’s ability to speak, swallow, walk, move, eat, and eventually breathe. Families and caregivers rely on the ALS Society of Alberta to provide hope and support during their journey with the disease. Without the Society’s support, many families would experience a financial burden in addition to the emotional burden of the disease due to the overwhelming cost of equipment and supports required. This year, for Giving Tuesday, we are appealing to our friends and donors to help us to continue supporting our families. Your financial contribution will support our Client Service and Equipment Loan programs, the heart of our organization that provide the knowledge and assets to help clients and their families as they live with ALS.
