We provide regular care to our many trees to keep them as healthy as possible. Even so, storms and diseases/pests can present us with extraordinary costs that are beyond the scope of our normal operating budget. We are proactive about managing things like Dutch Elm Disease and the Emerald Ash Borer, but the costs of doing so are high. As well, the increasing occurrences of severe wind storms, or the 2022 ice storm, can cause sudden expenses in emergency tree care.
