Everyone in their lifetime will be touched by the care of a nurse. From the moment you open your eyes at birth to the moment you close your eyes at rest. Whether to help get you moving after surgery in hospital or to care for your loved one at home. Perhaps to help keep your children healthy or to support those facing houselessness and struggling with substance use disorders. Nurses are everywhere.

ARNET - the Alberta Registered Nurses Educational Trust, is a charity founded 37 years ago to support nurses advance their skills through education. With only three staff and a volunteer Board of Directors, ARNET needs your help to support nurses so they can continue to provide the care that you and your family need whether in hospital, in your home or in the community.

ARNET’s purpose is to fund the growth of knowledge and skills of nurses to improve health care for Albertans. We do this through grants and scholarships for continuing education and research. There are over 39,000 RNs and 600 NPs across Alberta who are eligible to apply for this funding. The need for support for nurses has never been greater.

You donation will support nurses across Alberta.  Better educated nurses equates to better patient care.
