ArtHouse is a Halton-based charitable organization that offers FREE programs to vulnerable children and youth from 7-17, most particularly to individuals from families who may have no access to any extra-curricular activities.
ArtHouse uses the power of the arts to help young people unleash their creativity, build their coping skills and confidence, and support their physical, social and emotional well-being.
Since 2009 ArtHouse has engaged over 12,350 vulnerable young kids by providing 935 Neighbourhood and Community Programs, delivered at 90 Subsidized Housing locations, Cooperatives, Community Hubs and in collaborative partnerships with front-line Agencies throughout Halton.
