The mission of Atelier Action Jeunesse's team is to support teenagers and young adults who have left the school system prematurely. Too often without a stable job, a rewarding profession or a diploma, the Atelier gives them free access to training leading to employment, so that they can contribute fully to society.

Short, practical training: Focused on developing skills in the field, this training leads to a welder's helper certificate. Awareness of workplace integration and assistance in finding the right training environment are also part of the Atelier's services.

Services and support: Participants also benefit from individual and group follow-up by an on-site counsellor, and advice on developing their social skills, if required.
