In New Brunswick, there is a dire need for additional free mental healthcare services. In fact, the rate of youth hospital admission for mental diseases and disorders in NB is substantially higher than the national rate and is increasing. Despite this fact, NB struggles with long wait times for mental health assessments. Atlantic Wellness strives to be part of the solution by providing free mental health services for youth and young adults ages 12 to 21 and their families.
