As a trusted charity since 1952, we are dedicated to providing programs and services to persons with diverse abilities that help build their self-esteem, self-confidence and sense of independence. Over the years, we have helped improve access and mobility, housed families in need when they are required to travel for specialized medical care, and inspired generations of children and teens with disabilities at summer camp.

Easter Seals Summer Camp

A summer camp tradition for over 50 years, Easter Seals offers one of the best nature-based, outdoor summer camps for children and young adults with disabilities. It’s a place where campers can explore and develop their abilities in a safe, warm, fun and supportive environment.

Urban Activities Day Program

Bowling, art, sports, park adventures and more! It’s a new adventure every day, where youth and young adults can meet new friends and develop their social skills and confidence in a fun, supportive environment. 

Easter Seals House

Since 1955, families from all over BC and Yukon have stayed at Easter Seals House while their child or loved one receives care and treatment at nearby medical facilities. Open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, Easter Seals House is located just blocks away from Vancouver’s best hospitals and treatment centres.

Post Secondary Awards

A number of educational awards have been established and are available to help benefit youth with disabilities looking to pursue post-secondary educations. 

Community Access

To promote and enable access, Easter Seals offers two hallmark programs - The Access 2 Program & The Disability Travel Card - that offers discounts for caregivers and persons with disabilities.
