The Back to the Sea Society is dedicated to sparking curiosity for marine life and inspiring a desire to protect our ocean. Through hands-on education, we bring the ocean to eye level and strive to inspire the next generation of ocean stewards.
We operate the Back to the Sea Centre in Downtown Dartmouth, Nova Scotia. This seasonal marine interpretive centre offers a variety of immersive experiences, including interactive exhibits, a kids' corner and - the star's of the show - touch tanks!
