To provide a safe haven for unwanted, abused and injured exotic and zoo surplus animals.
About Our Charity
We are a volunteer driven charity dedicated to the survival of rare and endangered species. We are also involved in humane wildlife rescue and rehabilitation. We partner with high schools, colleges and universities in co-operative education initiatives, enabling students to earn credits and community service hours.
Bear Creek Exotic Wildlife Sanctuary is currently home to over 100 animals. Our resident animals include tigers, lions, wolves, cougars, jaguar, fox, owls, emu, parrots, lemurs, monkeys, llama, coatimundi, bears, coyotes, deer, wallaby, sloth, miniature horses, kinkajou, serval, caraval, jaglions, lynx, jungle cat, bearded dragons, degu, opossum and a raccoon. For most of these animals, Bear Creek was their last chance prior to euthanasia.
