The Beauséjour Family Crisis Resource Centre has taken up the challenge of distinguishing itself globally, along with our entire region, by breaking the world record for the longest line of banknotes, on December 11th!
However, we need your support to reach this prestigious international goal. To smash the existing record, we must collect $200,000 before December 11th, at which time all the donated money will be laid out end to end in $5 bills, to form a continuous ribbon greater than 4 kilometers in length and win a new world record.
All the money raised to achieve this world record on December 11th will then be given to the Beauséjour Family Crisis Resource Centre, to fund the operations of our new shelter and service center for victims of family violence (including children) and for any other person suffering abuse or requiring free and immediate mental health services.
