We provide grief and bereavement education, awareness, guidance, support and healing for individuals grieving a death.
We are a volunteer-run organization made up of people in the Ottawa region who have each experienced our own grief, and who have decided to share our courage and knowledge with others.
Our expert facilitators run approximately 120 support groups each year, which are attended by more than 2000 people in our community who need help and support in dealing with their grief that stems from many different types of losses.
We are growing as an organization, as more people continue to seek out our support each month, and as more people participate in our memorial events.
