About BGC Durham

BGC Durham has been removing barriers and creating opportunities for children and youth in the Durham Region since 1963.

Since then, we have built programs and services, expanded our footprint within the Durham Region to over 20 service locations, and provided opportunity to those who may otherwise not have had one.

To date, BGC Durham has helped thousands of children and youth develop the skills they need to succeed through life-changing programs, community-based services, and relationships with peers and caring adults. We are an authorized provider of after-school recreational programs, a High Five Accredited organization, and a member of BGC Canada.
