About Bide Awhile Animal Shelter Society
Bide Awhile Animal Shelter is a no-kill shelter that has been providing a safe space for lost and abandoned animals in Nova Scotia since 1969. In addition to seeking loving adoptive homes for the animals in our care, we are working to reduce pet overpopulation by vigorously developing and promoting spay and neuter programs and educating on the importance of proper care for companion animals.
