Bidii Children's Charity is a Canadian Registered Charity. We work with underprivileged children, families and communities in Africa. We support talent and sustainable initiatives within these communities with the aim of making them self-sufficient and therefore breaking the cycle of poverty.
Bidii (pronounced as be-dee) means hard-work or resilience.
Bidii Children’s Charity was founded by people who have escaped poverty cycle through hard work and opportunities presented to them. They have an excellent understanding of the challenges facing these poor communities because they lived them. They are giving to others the chance that was given to them.
Our mission is to provide sustainable poverty reductions solutions to rural Africa. Our work is currently in Kenya and we ensure that poor kids stay in school
