Birthright Israel is one of the most exciting, innovative and successful initiatives in modern Jewish life providing the gift of a ten-day peer group educational trip to Israel for Jewish young adults, ages 18 – 26, from all over the world.
The trip aims to strengthen participants’ Jewish identity; to build an understanding, friendship and lasting bond with the land and people of Israel; and to give participants perspective of themselves in the context of a Jewish community and people worldwide.
