Our Mission
Boston Terrier Rescue Canada (BTRC) is dedicated to the safety and welfare of Boston Terriers and Boston Terrier mixes across Canada.
We take in dogs who have been abandoned, surrendered, or can no longer be cared for, and provide them with the rehabilitation, care, and love they need until they can be matched with a carefully screened forever home.
Working alongside veterinarians, trainers, and other dog care professionals, our dedicated volunteers ensure that every dog receives the medical treatment, training, and support necessary to prepare them for adoption.
BTRC volunteers work to educate the public about the Boston Terrier breed, and the considerations of owning and caring for a Boston Terrier. We promote the benefits of spaying and neutering, and provide owners with guidance and referrals to help them deal with issues which may otherwise require them giving up their pet.
