We have served the 55+ population in our community since 1966 and plan to support the 50+ population in the years to come.  

We provide

 - fitness, bridge, crafting classes

 - education sessions to counteract scams and fraud against seniors, to provide self care techniques for mental wellness, digital literacy, health care, how to read your energy bill, etc.

 - Drop in activities including card games, free library, sing-a-long, floor curling, billiards, crafts, coffee and conversation topics

 - Social events including dinner dances, entertainment, annual BBQ, Bingo, potluck lunches, ice cream social, etc.

Our plans for the coming years include building a community garden to improve food security for seniors in our community as well as the public at large.  The garden will be accessible to those using mobility aids and have boxes of different sizes and heights to accommodate all people.  We will also develop an area that people can sit and enjoy the garden 

Our plans also include increasing our digital literacy program for all of of members where they can come to get help to use the newest update to their personal device or phone. We also plan to increase activities to support mental wellness.
