About BRAIN INJURY ASSOCIATION OF NOVA SCOTIA
As a provincially-organized governed by a volunteer Board of Directors for over 20 years, BIANS blends brain injury survivors, family members, professionals and other interested individuals to provide a community of support and hope for others affected by brain injury. BIANS has a community network of groups operating in Halifax, Truro, Annapolis Valley and Lunenburg County.
Activities include: information source; brain injury prevention and education; presentations to government and political parties; creating and maintaining partnerships with stakeholders
