Tucked away in the town of Smithville, we have two two-story buildings, 62 units in total, 4 of which are accessible units. They include an elevator, on-site laundry, common rooms for tenant use, utilities included (heat, hydro, water), with fridge and stove.
Located in a beautiful park-like setting along Twenty Mile Creek this is a very peaceful facility for independent seniors.
OUR MISSION STATEMENT: It is our mission to provide seniors with affordable, secure housing within a community that fosters independent living and a place to call “Home”.
