For over 45 years, we have been proud to serve the Britannia Woods neighbourhood. We were formerly known as Britannia Woods Community House. Since 2015, we have expanded our reach to provide Ottawa-wide programs.
We build every program and service with empathy, understanding, respect, and a deep connection to our community’s diversity. We take inclusion seriously and tailor programs to ensure support for all, including Black and racialized people.

Programs and Services - Tailored for our Communities
- Child & Youth Programs: Britannia Woods offers many educational and recreational programs for children and youth.
-Mental Health & Wellness: Our mental health and wellness programs are culturally informed and promote positive changes, individually and in the community.
- Food Bank: The Britannia Woods Food Bank is one of over 18 food distribution centres in the Ottawa Food Bank network.
In addition, we are among the 16 community houses in the coalition that work together to address local needs and enhance community well-being
