Ubuntu is a Zulu word that is often translated as “I am, because we are.” Ubuntu is a community in which we get to worship God and celebrate the gospel in our heart language. We pursue excellence in all that we do; but we acknowledge that we cannot do that alone. This is why community is just as important to us. This group is more than a choir; it is a family whose way of life affirms that our individual humanity is inextricably wound up in one another’s. The people we are is because of other people, and this is why we tell their and our stories through song.

As the culmination of our performance year, we have the privilege of traveling to British Columbia to present concerts in churches and music workshops in academies. We look forward to leading worship ands haring our testimonies. We are excited to share the gospel through our music in these challenging times.
