For 37 years, Burnaby Hospice Society is a mainstay in the Burnaby community — albeit a quiet one.
Many living in the Burnaby community do not know about the support that can be accessed through our organization. That is, until they find themselves facing their own or a loved one’s end of life.
Burnaby Hospice Society works diligently to offer programs and services with the aspirational goal of reaching more people who need advanced care planning and education, hospice palliative care and bereavement support. Our offerings include a spectrum of both professional and trained volunteer support.
We intentionally reach out to those experiencing an end-of-life journey, but our services are available to all Burnaby residents requiring palliative or grief support.
