All these emotions can be crippling. They can cause confusion and the inability to act, to make decisions or to feel emotionally settled. They are real.

Losing someone precious and dear, such as a spouse, parent or child, is often the very hardest experience that a person will ever go through. Even those who have weathered the many ups and downs of life will typically find that they are devastated and overwhelmed, and perhaps for the first time ever, unsure of how to proceed. Many feel lost, hopeless and stuck in the darkness of their grief.

When a loved one dies, life can feel like there is a hole in the everyday. While we can’t promise that we will fill that void, we can promise that we’ll provide a safe and welcoming space for people to process their grief.
