After a post-COVID season of pause and transition, we are rebuilding to support children and families across Canada for long-term permanency. Our goal is to refill our family grant account so that we can give our YES to more families applying for assistance in 2024. In years past (pre-COVID) we hosted a charity golf tournament which was our largest fundraiser of the year. When our 2023 transition and re-start happened in September we started behind the eight ball (what would the golf analogy be here?) and have had to tell families that we don't yet have our grant program back up and running. We would LOVE to be able to start 2024 off with YESSES!

Here are some of our 2024 goals:

-Support one individual to attend the Christian Alliance for Orphans global summit in September 2024 in Tennessee-To provide a minimum of 10 post-adoption assistance grants-To provide a minimum of 5 adoption grants-Provide key individuals with community engagement packages and mentoring support to hold advocacy and recruiting events for adoption, foster care, respite, kinship care and wrap-around family support-Send parents for specialized training
