The Canadian Association for Disabled Skiing (CADS) – Calgary is the local zone of CADS National and is also affiliated with CADS Alberta, the provincial division.
We are a volunteer-based organization currently with approximately 600 members.
Our main objective is to promote adaptive skiing and snowboarding by teaching and training volunteers to teach students with disabilities how to ski or snowboard using adaptive skills and equipment tailored to their needs.
Our program has been running at Canada Olympic Park for the past 40 years and the demand for the program grows every year.
