About Canadian Friends of Kishorit
Kishorit is a kibbutz community in northern Israel which provides Developmentally Delayed Adults an assisted independent life. This includes residences, jobs, healthcare, senior care and leisure activities. Kishorit also operates Ziv Democratic School, for teens with mental health issues, and is constructing Al Fanara, a new extension of the Kishorit housing model for Arabic-speaking Israelis with similar developmental delays.
